The POLLENTIA MAR apartments are situated in the central area of Puerto de Pollença, benefiting from all types of services and only 50m from the beach and the famous Voramar seaside promenade. POLLENTIA MAR is one single building of properties with a communal area and swimming pool.

This is a first floor apartment, over looking the pool and accessible via stairs or lift.
The apartment comes very well equipped and is fully air conditioned (both hot and cold) throughout. Leading off from the entrance hall the lounge/dining room offers a comfortable relaxing sitting area with television.
The modern and fully equipped kitchen has fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher and a separate laundry room with washing machine/dryer.
There are two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There is an additional shower room with w/c and wash hand basin. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

On warm, balmy evenings everyone wanders up and down between the marina where the yachts are moored, past the pavement cafes and along the celebrated Pine Walk as far as the elegant Illa D'Or hotel.
